Terms of Service

1. Using Luma
You may use Luma only in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for your account and the content added to your workspaces.
2. Plans and billing
Paid plans renew for the selected billing period until cancelled. Taxes may apply. You can change or cancel a plan from workspace settings.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or upload content that violates the rights of others.
4. Ownership
You keep ownership of your content. Luma and its product, brand, and software remain owned by Luma GmbH and its licensors.
5. Availability and liability
We work to keep Luma reliable, but the service may change or be temporarily unavailable. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
